No weigh in today
I would typically weigh in today, but our office is closed for Good Friday and I forgot to do it yesterday. Boo. I will do it on Monday instead, and hope that Easter won't wreck my progress.
BUT! This was measurement week and I'm starting to see changes there. To recap, I measure my chest, tummy at the belly button and thigh. All comparisons are from the beginning of my Biggest Loser journey in January.
Chest when I started: 42.5"
Chest as of this week: 41.5"
Tummy when I started: 42"
Tummy as of this week: 41"
Thigh when I started: 25"
Thigh as of this week: 24"
Yay for downward progress! This explains why my clothes are falling off. :)
