Success!!

So, I forgot that the last time I weighed myself I was 154.5. I was happy when I stepped on the scale today and found out that I was 154 after a week and a half of no exercise (sickness and then surgery). I thought I was 157 last time and had lost 3 lbs. Well, nonetheless, that means there's been progress!!! I was not letting myself get too excited about it, but was kind of bewildered that I had lost three lbs without exercising for a week and a half. Now I know it was only .5 lbs. Progress has been made because the scale is staying down. Yipee!!

I did 1/2 hour on the elliptical and 15 minutes on weights. Ben and I hadn't eaten, so we wanted to get back for dinner. 40 lbs at 15 reps for 3 sets on triceps, 200 lbs at 15 reps for 3 sets on leg press, 120 lbs at 15 reps for 3 sets on abs. I had to be really careful about the machines I used and how I used them, because of the incision from the cyst removal on my chest. I couldn't do any of the delt, pec or bicep machines and the ab machine was almost a no-go because of where the pads hit on me.

Back on the wagon!
